Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Creative Director, collaborating closely with the broader creative unit to craft and establish a fresh brand voice.
• Develop concepts from sketch and mood board stages, adhering to given briefs.
• Challenge and reconsider conventional approaches, introducing imaginative concepts to reinvigorate project perspectives.
• Foster close collaboration with the broader marketing team, including marketing strategy, project management, and creative leads in media, to maximize content effectiveness.
• Work alongside external partners, suppliers, and agencies to maintain a consistent level of excellence.

Team Management Expertise

• Inspire, guide, and challenge Junior Art Directors while providing leadership and support.
• Pursue creativity and innovation while maintaining a sensitivity to business requirements, aligning responses with marketing strategies and plans within budgetary and scheduling constraints.

Day Rate: £350-£400 (Outside of IR35)
