Job description

Junior Interactive Designer, Global Enterprise Innovation (3 Months) As an entry level Junior Interactive Designer on Enterprise Innovation, you will be dedicated to bringing company storytelling to life on behalf of their advertising partners. You will be assisting Lead Designer on high-level projects, maintaining assets & template libraries and creating engaging and performant content. You are able to effectively create content that aligns with varying client goals in a beautiful and high quality way to ensure company brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • A key contributor to the design system and component library, you will help drive the quality of all elements of the system.
  • Design and maintain efficient, reusable, high-quality components and patterns that can support the needs of multiple brands and markets.
  • An experienced systems thinker, designing for scale and reuse is in your DNA.
  • Consolidation and translation of existing or relevant design rules, patterns, systems, style guides, and interaction guides.
  • Use data and your creative design skills to improve the look and feel of interactive components and page designs.
  • Create high-quality prototypes that can be used for user testing and articulating interactions and animations across a product.
  • Research, brainstorm, and translate conceptual ideas into engaging, visually rich design solutions.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design or related area.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate UK (9am-6pm GMT) and US time zone (2pm-11pm GMT).
  • 1+ year experience as a UX/UI/Product designer, with a strong understanding of design systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in online web builder tools like Framer, Ceros, Vev, ReadyMag, etc.
  • Highly agile and flexible working approach.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in visual design, able to use these skills to create beautiful user experiences and presentations.
  • Expert command of standard design applications (i.e. Figma, Sketch, InDesign).
  • Experience with user testing and data tools like GA, HotJar, and Usertesting.com is a big plus.

PLUS POINTS:

  • Experience in using Lens Studio, Spark AR, Blender, Clo3D, Marvellous Designer or similar 3D platforms.
  • Speaks Chinese, Japanese or any other Western European languages.
