Company Overview: Social Drive Ltd is a new digital marketing agency specializing in social media management, particularly in Instagram marketing. We provide tailored services to a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager with a focus on Instagram to join our small but growing team. 20 hours a week to start with 10-2pm Monday to Friday. Additional hours will be available.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage Instagram strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
• Plan, create, and post visually captivating content on Instagram including posts, Stories and Reels.
• Use Instagram Insights to monitor, track, and report on KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, and ROI.
• Build and manage client Instagram communities by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering engagement.
• Conduct Instagram audits to identify areas of opportunity and align with best practices. Coordinate with clients to ensure brand consistency and to meet marketing objectives.
• Advise on and implement Instagram ad campaigns, including targeting and budget management. Stay updated on Instagram algorithms, trends, and emerging features.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of focused experience in Instagram management or similar role.
• Proficient in Instagram-specific tools Strong visual and graphic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
