Requirements for Subcontractors:

To ensure seamless collaboration and top-quality service, we do have a few requirements for our subcontractors. These include:

• Proficiency in video and photography techniques, including bracketing and flash.
• Ownership of necessary equipment, such as a DSLR camera capable of 5 or more AEB bracketings and 24+ megapixels, wide-angle lenses (10 - 16 mm or equivalent), a drone (Mavic Air 2 or newer with 12+ megapixels / 4k capabilities), and Matterport-compatible camera (Theta V, Matterport 2, or equivalent).
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
• The ability to travel to properties within the Minneapolis area and beyond, as required.
