Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Branding and Website Designer who can bring brands to life through compelling logos and visuals, brand identities, and tailored website designs. In this multifaceted role, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark on a diverse range of projects, collaborating closely with our passionate creative team.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in both branding and web design.
• Proven expertise in designing brands, logos, brand identities, and custom websites for varied businesses.
• Vast creativity and an innovative approach to design challenges.
• Proficiency in tools like Wordpress, Elementor, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Shopify, and others.
• The ability to produce top-tier work consistently, even under tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your best work in branding and web design is an essential requirement.
• This position is initially hybrid, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with the creative team on branding and web design projects.
• Develop captivating brand identities, logos, and associated branding materials.
• Design custom websites tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
• Engage directly with the UX/Technology Director and our development team to ensure cohesive designs across platforms.
• Offer creative insights and innovative solutions during brainstorming and strategy sessions.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends to ensure our clients get the very best in branding and web design.
• Meet project timelines and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in branding and web design.
• Comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates your branding and web design expertise.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Strong attention to detail and top-tier visual communication skills.
• Stellar time-management and organizational prowess.
• Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.
