Kahn Media is currently searching for a freelance experienced Video Editor to join our growing creative team temporarily (with the option to be brought on full time at a later date).

Under the direct supervision of our VP of Creative, you will help create, manage, and report on objective-based video campaigns for various clients. In this role, you’ll support the account and video team in telling forward-thinking stories that deliver on our client’s strategic objectives.

If you love the outdoors, the luxury/lifestyle space, tech, cars, trucks, or the outdoors, even better.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Edit social media content for Kahn Media clients and Kahn Media
• Edit long form content for Kahn Media clients. Content can include: Documentaries, Profiles, Brand films
• Work with team to develop unique edit styles for clients

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related position
• Must provide a demo reel
• Be able to edit fast content for social and long form content
• Have good understanding of color science to balance multiple cameras
• Apply creative color grades over naturally balanced footage
• Be capable of balancing audio

• Adobe Bridge

Software Familiarity

• Adobe Photoshop

Pay: $21.36 - $25.72 per hour
