Responsibilities:

• Work closely with talent and creative teams to develop and execute content
• Ensure that all media content is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the podcast and increase audience engagement
• Act as a central point of contact during shoots, facilitating communication between the creative, technical, and talent teams
• Address any on-set challenges or issues in real time to keep production on track
• Coordinate with creative + social teams, ensuring lighting, camera setups, and shot compositions align with the overall creative vision
• Oversee the setup and teardown of shooting locations, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
• Assist in organizing and transferring footage to the post-production team
• Provide input and feedback during the editing and post-production process to maintain alignment with the project’s objectives
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets
• Keep detailed records of all production-related expenses for accurate reporting
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to the production process
• Manage relationships with sponsors, merchandise suppliers, and agencies
• Oversee the daily operations of key talent media productions to ensure things run smoothly
• Establish and maintain production processes to streamline operations

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in audio editing software (e.g. Pro Tools, Audacity)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of The Home Edit’s brand standards
