Job Description

Overall Objective

Stylist Studios is looking for an energetic, solutions-focused Head of Production (Mat Cover) to oversee the production of our branded content partnerships. We are looking for a highly organized, timeline-obsessed Producer, who can bring their positive can-do attitude to service our clients to the highest possible level. We produce content we’re proud of, and this role will be pivotal in getting us there; supporting revenue generation and leading a best-in-class team.

Key responsibilities:

  • To build, develop and lead a team of Campaign Producers – help them to identify blockers or opportunities, and coach them through the best course of action.
  • Deliver exceptional Customer Service to all of our clients – cultivate a culture that puts the client at the centre of everything we do, yet protect our editorial integrity.
  • Act as the conduit between client and your internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional branded content. It will be your responsibility to de-code feedback from clients, distill this down, and present it back internally in a digestible, actionable format (where appropriate).
  • Foster deep and trusted relationships with your key internal stakeholders. Your peers will become your greatest allies, and you will leverage your trusted relationships to find the right solution for issues/obstacles that arise.
  • Champion the frameworks and structures around our existing process. Look for efficiencies and roll these out where appropriate. Be the hero for our chosen
  • Provide detailed, considered timelines, ensuring all deliverables can be completed to the highest standard.
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate P&Ls, and report back challenges to profitability. Agree budget allocation upon booking to ensure campaign is delivered on budget.
  • Assist confidently in the Creative Production process – supporting relevant teams workflow and deliverables to encourage creativity.
  • Have awareness of key shifts/developments within the industry. Who is doing branded content well? What makes the successful at it? What can we learn from them?

Person:

We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic self-starter. You will feel comfortable leading people to success and bringing people along for the ride.

You will have exceptional communications skills – you thrive in environments that require you to use your relationships and negotiation skills. You are able to use these skills to influence.

You have deep emotional intelligence that allows you to cut-through challenging conversations and find clarity amongst chaos. This allows you to pitch at the right level and resolve issues/obstacles quickly.
