Position:

This position will work alongside the design and marketing departments to create high level product renderings. These product renderings will be used on our website, social media, catalogs, and brochures. Other projects include modelling and rendering lighting concepts for internal research and development.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• Use Keyshot “studios” feature to create configurations for high-volume batch renderings
• Advanced mesh modelling for photorealistic renderings of blown glass and textured metals
• Quickly modelling and rendering concepts to facilitate good design decisions
• Research materials/patterns and create digital representations for rendering
• Utilizing Keyshot backplates to create lifestyle renderings

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 0-1 year experience using Keyshot
• Any experience with 3DS Max is a bonus
• Has a degree or working towards a degree in Industrial Design or 3D visualization
• Basic CAD modelling is a bonus

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with advanced mesh modelling and basic knowledge of Nurbs-based modelling
• Knowledge of good practices regarding product photography
• Has an exceptional eye for inspirational imagery that sells products
• Has a feel for visual proportions, perspective, and highlights/shadows
• A passion for curiosity and problem-solving
• Able to produce creative solutions to complex problems in 3D

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
