Overview:

The Worship Leader/Lead Vocalist at Casa View Christian Church is responsible for the planning and coordination of the music ministry. He/she is a team player, excelling vocally and in people management skills. He/she will be responsible for the musical and spiritual growth of the entire worship team. The individual will report to the senior pastor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall music preparation for worship
• Leads the congregation toward authentic worship
• Leads and builds the worship team
• Prepare Worship Media (ProPresenter)
• Work with Media Director to prepare online content

Abilities:

• Loves Jesus with a heart to serve the community
• Gifted in leading enthusiastic worship led by the Holy Spirit
• Strong lead-vocal ability
• Skilled in vocal and instrumental direction
• Skilled in organization, administration, and interpersonal relationships
• Skilled in the use of technology
• A self-starter
• A team player with a positive attitude

Pay: $100.00 - $400.00 per week
