Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable, highly motivated craftspeople &/or makers
• Theatrical, design, and scenery background
• Exhibition installers and carpenters
• Experience working with resin, fibreglass, and foam (advantageous but not necessary)

Responsibilities:

• Design and make bespoke pieces for event installations
• Assist with event crew and decor installation
• Undertake carpentry and scenic painting tasks
• Help with designing, creating, and decorating scenic pieces and props
• Assist in the installation of decorations and scenery
• Collaborate with the events and decor team
• Work in physically demanding conditions, including working at height
• Adapt to unsociable hours and flexible schedules
• Work as part of a team and independently
• Use own initiative and decision-making skills
• Drive to the rural workshop location (required)
• Dependent on contract type and experience
