Your New Role…

As the Marketing Brand Producer, you’ll be the engine that drives us forward and helps to create incredible content that connects with our audience. You’ll be a principle point-of-contact for our internal marketing brand team, and will support and guide the creatives from project inception to completion. You will work closely with the Marketing Game Manager, Brand Art Director and internal development teams to ensure projects are well communicated and completed on-time by responsibly managing available resources. You’ll also liaise with the wider Warner Bros publishing and marketing teams to keep them abreast of project progress, share assets and seek approvals where needed. As someone experienced in Production you’re ideally capable of championing new processes and rigour, and comfortable changing tactics as the demands of the project shift over time. This role will be awarded as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Kick off new projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task assignments, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date and transparent.
  • Chair relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholders, creating and distributing detailed notes and actions.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for approvals with the dev team, senior leadership team, publisher, and other third parties for marketing content creation and progress.
  • Understanding the full creative workflow within our team and helping it to run smoothly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to brief in new projects and identify key milestones.
  • Liaise with Finance and Support teams to make sure vendors and partners are set up and paid on time and to budget.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate, organise and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a Production role working on a marketing campaign, game, Film or TV production from start to finish.
  • You’re an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, e.g. JIRA & Confluence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a range of projects and the associated budgets, providing updates and reports when needed.
  • The ability to be flexible and grasp new concepts, processes and tools quickly.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in games, VFX and TV or related marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using Shotgrid.
  • Experience delivering localised content for different languages and markets.
  • An understanding of different video, image and web platforms, formats and deliverables.
  • An understanding of game development workflows and technology e.g. Unreal Engine, Perforce, Autodesk and Adobe software.
  • You don’t mind working with a mixture of remote and in-person teams.
  • You have cool opinions about games, TV, and movies and don’t mind sharing them.
