Job Description

The Sr. Field Marketing & Event Manager position is an exciting and highly visible role that manages the event strategy and execution for industry events and custom InMarket hosted events. This role is focused on selecting, planning and delivering high-performing events and experiences and driving lead generation.

This is a temporary full time position ending in February 2024.

Your daily impact as a Sr. Field Marketing & Events Manager

• Planning and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, InMarket hosted networking events and customer related experiences
• This role is focused on selecting, planning and delivering high-performing events and experiences, driving lead generation, audience expansion, and revenue production
• Coordinate all logistics and experience elements; including but not limited to registration, content, catering requirements, exhibit set-ups, revenue tracking and marketing materials support (pre and post event)
• Create unique experiences for InMarket hosted dinners, cocktail receptions and networking activations that drive pipeline and ROI
• Manage assigned event budgets
• Work proactively and closely with sales on staffing booths effectively and prepping them for all event logistics/ details
• Create and build event invites and landing pages using Hubspot
• Research, vet and secure event sponsorships
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously from a variety of colleagues and vendors
• Manage InMarket premium inventory/client orders and keep the in-house store website up to date

Your Experience & Expertise

• 3-5 years project management and event planning experience or similar role
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and tasks at a time.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Experience with Hubspot is preferred.
• Experience working with various vendors and managing correspondence
• Strong attention to detail
