Contract: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time, Contract

Responsibilities

• First, develop inventory tracking system to be approved by owner wherein all items are photographed and inventoried on some kind of spreadsheet on Dropbox. You will be paid for this time and told more about this during interview.
• Develop sales tracking system - even if part of same inventory spreadsheet. (with proof/screen shot of sale price)
• Pick up bins of items (clothing as well as some sellable toys - IE, American Girl, etc) once or twice monthly, depending on agreement between you and owner.
• This is tentative/TBD, but owner will likely place stickers on all items with prelim price. You will have the discretion to change if needed.

Skills

• Proven experience with online sales as evidenced by very positive Facebook Marketplace reviews and excellent, active Poshmark storefront.
• Knowledge of UK and mid-designer children’s clothing in brands mentioned above - all girls, in this case.
• Aptitude in technology and data management/tracking (IE, spreadsheets, Dropbox, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and initiative
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma; college preferred
