Role:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with clients, talent, crew, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and contractual paperwork is completed and filed.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the production process and output.

Qualifications:

• Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated understanding and respect for the cultural norms and values of the UAE. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven experience as a Producer or in a similar role specifically agency experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with production software and equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
