Looking for a talented Graphic Designer (with Package Design experience) to help our small but busy team - freelance to start. If you’re looking to do great work with amazing brands, we are looking for leaders like you to help get us to that next level. Come join our team!

THIS POSITION IS HYBRID! You will work with our account director and other designers in the office twice a week in Pasadena, CA.

Must have worked in the industry for a few years with a stellar portfolio 5+ Years experience across Digital & Print (branding, package design, web design & development, logo identity, marketing collateral, environmental, etc.). Video and digital animation is a plus!!!

Must be adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment. Must be agile - Can produce great work with fast turnarounds, and with accuracy.

We are located in the Los Angeles area and candidates must be willing to work in the office twice a week and the rest remotely.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works closely with team members to brainstorm and execute against developed strategies, creative briefs, expectations, and goals to ensure that deliverables achieve the desired results.
• Works closely with team members to deliver successful concepts for projects and then execute them in a quality, timely and cost-effective manner.
• 40% Strategy & New Ideas
• 60% Tactically focused, driving project solutions.
• Take creative direction & strategy from Art Director and implement.
• Engages with resources aligned to business priorities
• Ensures the proper application of Style Guides and Brand Standards across all intellectual properties.
• Develops breakthrough designs to solve for components or redefine overall Best Practices.
• Delivers all projects in accordance with project timelines and overall initiative strategy.
• Supports projects with high-quality designs and speed-to-market, error-free execution.
• Constantly strive for excellence in the work you do
• Ensures the customer, client and consumer is at forefront of all creative design decisions and initiatives.
• Resolves conflict with minimal noise.
• Stay cool under pressure and manage the highs and lows
• Moves quickly to eliminate roadblocks.
• Articulate your rationale - your strategies to reach a particular audience and present the design to the internal and external team(s)

Pay: $35.00 per hour
