OVERVIEW

This dynamic role might be perfect for you. Expect a hybrid role of creative adventure driving daily to a diversity of real estate listings, a splash of directing people on camera, and customer service working with real estate agents. We are looking for a freelance photographer/videographer who are highly motivated, detail-obsessive, communicative, and responsible for the core function of our real estate photo/video business.

SUMMARY

Real Estate Photographer/Videographer is responsible for the in-field production of our real estate marketing solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone operation, and file management. A Real Estate Photographer/Videographer utilizes their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic standards and core values of The Snap Market. They are expected to have strong communication skills, be detail obsessive, and excel in time management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete photo, video, drone, and 3D services on site for clients.
• Upload footage and communicate any and applicable field notes to respective team members.
• Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services.
• Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner.
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication with team.
• Offer solutions consultations for in-field upgrades.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Refined photography and videography skills
• Drone operation skills (preferred)
• Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills is a must.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
• Customer service background or Marketing/Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Adobe Creative Suite fluency.
• File management systems knowledge preferred.

EQUIPMENT

• DSLR or Mirrorless Camera ( Full Frame)
• Wide Angle Lens ( Needs to be as wide as 10-16mm to 35-40mm)
• Able to shoot 4k at 60fps
• Tripod with Ballhead or Gear Head
• Gimbal for Video Stabilization
• Laptop and Smartphone

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
