What are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and dedicated Project Manager who will fit in with our collaborative culture. This is a perfect position for a recent college graduate.

Who are you?

  • You own every project and make things happen from inception to completion.
  • You thrive on going out of your way for clients because it gives you satisfaction.
  • You are a communication junky and reach out constantly to both vendors and customers; translating the latest updates to ensure the project is moving forward.
  • Your paperwork, working files, and desk must be in order or you think everything is out of control.

To be considered you must…

  • Have Project Management Experience
  • Working knowledge of drapery and upholstery workrooms
  • Interior Design knowledge a +
  • Be able to work in West Palm Beach

The day-to-day:

Working under Store Manager and Workroom Manager

  • Assist in the procurement of fabric for small and large projects.
  • Provides pricing and order confirmations
  • Other functions include but not limited to:
  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Establishes and monitors project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of project management experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to be able to multi-task with constantly changing priorities.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills are required.
  • Previous window treatment product experience is a plus.
  • Strong interior design and/or fashion experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Pay: $15.00 per hour
