About the Role

The Junior Producer at Disruptive oversees the execution of production, starting with the development of a quotation and ending with the delivery of projects, ensuring that projects run smoothly and seamlessly, while reporting on progress to senior members of staff. Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail, will be as essential as tactical thinking and clear communication. This role is client-facing, so the Junior Producer must be adept at building relationships and willing to develop an understanding of the customer. Reporting to Senior Staff at Disruptive, the post-holder will be responsible for ensuring that all project work is signed off by key stakeholders, all issues are resolved and feedback is noted.

Typical Activities

• Managing both small - and large-scale projects starting with quotation development
• Supporting and encouraging team members to maximize productivity
• Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget
• Structuring projects and devising processes that ensure efficiency
• Engaging with creative teams to understand their progress with tasks
• Liaising with clients and the creative team members, to ensure that project execution remains smooth
• Presenting finished work to stakeholders for signoff

Job Details

Please note that this is not a 9-5 Job. It will require work on weekends and after hours. Income is dependent on a combination of base and utilization on Projects.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
