Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver academic development programs for students
• Support schools in implementing the Scottish Funding Council’s Schools for Higher Education Programme
• Collaborate with universities, colleges, and local authorities to enhance students’ capacity for success in higher education
• Explore and implement innovative approaches to hybrid teaching
• Work with a diverse range of students to provide academic support and guidance

Requirements:

• Strong interest and background in developing students’ capacity for success in higher education
• Experience or interest in student academic development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Scottish education system and the National School’s Programme
• Familiarity with hybrid teaching methods and technology
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse range of students and stakeholders
