We are looking to meet the needs of the Design and Marketing Department as we soar to new heights. The ideal candidate is creative, result-driven, process-oriented, and works well with others. The must haveโs:
- A successful candidate will have solid experience of 3 to 5 years designing for female, trendy, fashion brands whose target audience is females ages 12 to 28 years old
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator designing social media assets, such as animations, banners, email design, and GIFs
- Experience with designing content and uploading to Shopify/Amazon
- Designing email designs, website banners, using existing campaign direction
- A successful candidate will be able to meet at our Offices in Thousand Oaks on a regular basis
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3-5 years working with Photoshop, Illustrator, any animation software, etc.
- Very strong organizational, managing digital assets and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to execute on the marketing vision, and work closely with the Marketing team and executives
- Problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently on projects and campaigns
- Collaborative team play and self-starter
Education:
- BS, BA (Graphic Design or Design degree preferred)
- Required: 3 to 5 years, applicable experience
Working Hours:
Due to the nature of the business various hours may be needed on a part-time basis, up to 29 hours per week. Some weekends and holiday availability may be needed. The position will begin as a part-time role for a probationary period of 3 to 6 months that may grow into a full-time position, if successful during the probationary period. This is NOT a fully remote position, but an onsite role with some flexibility to work from home depending on the business needs.
