Purpose of the role:

Assisting the marketing team in creating captivating and compelling media for digital platforms including the company website, YouTube and Social Media platforms, you’ll be responsible for capturing content to showcase our expertise and demonstrate the value we deliver to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with marketing and sales to develop creative concepts and campaigns for digital content
• Planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video and imagery for various platforms including social media, website and marketing campaigns
• Working with other departments (installations, service and sales) to translate our experiences and day to day activities into images and video that tell a story
• Creating and scheduling content & captioning for our social media platforms
• Operating and maintaining video equipment, ensuring optimal quality and performance
• Repurposing content for various media and social platforms - websites, YouTube shorts, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Working independently and managing your schedule to meet project deadlines

Skills and Experience Required:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your video production and content creation skills
• Tech savvy - have at least 1+ year experience in videography
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for storytelling through video
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently under own supervision
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Innovative and a forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on responsibilities
• Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of our content
• Prior experience of social media management not essential
• Full UK driving licence preferred as the role will require travel to customers within rural areas

Salary: £20,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
