Production Graphic Artist Job Description

**Assist customers and other departments in creating artwork to be applied to promotional products.**Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare art files provided by customers.
• Create proofs for customer approval.
• Create new and modify current templates for products.
• Create new art for Marketing samples.
• Pre-flight art for print and production.
• Ensure customer needs are met via timely communication, follow through and follow up.
• Convert colors to match Pantone standards or CMYK colors requested by customers.
• Assist Marketing department as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s expectations are met.
• Email and phone customers for order clarification when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with MAC.
• Ability to learn company’s computer system.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Current or recent work experience.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Schedule:

• 1st shift, Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt.

Job Types:

• Part-time, Full-time.

• From $1.00 per hour.
