Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Research Directors in determining event scope and themes.
• Agenda writing, draft programme, copywriting, and research experience required.
• Collaborate with internal events team regularly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives internally and externally to produce high quality content.

Skills and experience:

• Good organisation and time management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in WordPress is ideal.

Person Specification:

• A positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple events at once.
• Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Creative thinker.
• Ability to commute to London based office 1-2 days per week.
• Ability to work in a group environment or independently, with little supervision.
