Description:
This is an integral part of the Creative and Production team within the Content Practice, reporting into a Production Director. We produce a vast array of different content in multiple formats and channels. Itâs an exciting, fast paced environment where no two projects are the same. The key purpose of the role is to help the production team to execute briefs within the Publicis Media network. You will take ownership of projects, and work closely with the creative team to help bring briefs to life. As a hybrid creative and production team, producers are encouraged not only to ensure ideas are feasible and meet a clientâs budget and expectations, but also to offer their own creative solutions to briefs in order to deliver the best work possible.
Responsibilities:
- Produce your own projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and on brief.
- Creation of budgets, timelines and scopes of work. Ensuring all stakeholders are fully aligned at each stage of the project. This includes, leading on client and external calls and being able to communicate key milestones and progresses clearly and efficiently. Often working to tight deadlines.
- The day-to-day management of project deliverables and ad-hoc tasks including: cost analysis on integrated campaigns, liasing with clients, organising client approvals and feedback, managaing internal & external teams timelines, sourcing freelancers and suppliers.
- For larger shoot productions, youâll need to be able to agency produce on the project. This will involve managaing client comms and process, engaging with suppliers, managing internal resource and overseeing the full production process, ensuring timelines and budgets are kept to.
Qualifications:
- Solid production experience to help us deliver award winning creative projects.
- Youâll be a master of running multiple complex campaigns, across different clients with varying budgets and schedules.
- Youâll be working across a wide variety of production briefs, from content origination through to adaption and repurposing. As part of the role, you will need to have shoot production experience and be able to oversee the process from pre-production through to final delivery.
- Youâll also have a strong understanding of the creative and paid advertising landscape and be able to apply media and platform learnings, to deliver the best results and challenge briefs. Often working closely with brand, planning and strategy teams to unpick briefs and understand the media requirements.
- A passion for production with a can-do attitude is essential for you to be successful in this role.
- You will be encouraged to offer creative solutions to production problems, so having creative sensibilities and experience is preferred.
