Job Description

We are seeking a part-time sound designer to provide the sound content and system design for one of our series this Fall, ā€œI think Iā€™m Starting to Want to be a Motherā€, at Carnegie Mellonā€™s School of Drama. Additionally, this position will mix the production during technical and performances. This Designer will be expected to attend the technical rehearsals 6:30-11:00pm, November 7-10 and 14-17. In addition, this designer will be expected to mix the performances of the production on November 18, 20, 21, 27, 28, and 29.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorā€™s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years relevant experience

Requirements:

  • Successful background check
