2D Hand-drawn Animation and Character Design for Video Game

Who are you, and what do you do?
I’m an independent software developer creating a new online board game.

What’s the project, and what do you need from a freelancer?
I would like to work with an experienced animator who can help me create the characters (pieces on the board game) and the animations for them when they attack, get captured, move, etc. (potentially using sprites?).

When do you need you project delivered?
Within two months.

Can you provide examples of your preferred style?
I am heavily inspired by early to mid 19th century European costumes, but with a twist. Think of the soldiers from Howl’s Moving Castle. I’d like to draw inspiration from that film.
