Contract: Full Time, Temporary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and validate design solutions.
- Develop user journeys, flows, and personas based on research data and project requirements.
- Design the visual elements of the Employee Center, ensuring brand consistency and improving user engagement.
- Work closely with developers, QA consultants, and stakeholders to ensure designs are correctly implemented and meet user needs.
- Assist QA Consultants in usability testing to validate the design implementations.
- Maintain design specifications, user manuals, and any other necessary documentation.
- Collect and integrate feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders to refine designs.
- Ensure designs meet web accessibility standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow platforms is a strong plus.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong background in UI/UX design.
