We Are Hiring Freelance Production Manager

• Event Schedule: November 10, 2022 - January 5, 2023
• Event Location: Liwa, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities and Duties (may include but are not limited to)

• Managing event team and staff members to ensure that all aspects of the event are running smoothly.
• Communicating with vendors to ensure that they are aware of any issues or changes that may affect their tasks.
• Managing the overall budget, including expenses related to the event such as venue rental fees and catering costs.
• Generate expense reports as required
• Providing technical support to event organizers regarding the planning, implementation, and evaluation of events.
• Preparing detailed schedules for all event activities and managing employees who will be involved in the production of the event.
• Developing and implementing a communication plan for the event that includes marketing materials, press outreach, and other publicity efforts.
• Creating a detailed agenda for the event, including speakers and performers, topics of discussion, and any special activities.
• Manage and maintain program-related logistics as it relates to production and implementation.
• Overseeing entire onsite activations and ensuring production elements are delivered correctly and on time.

Skills/Experience:

• Previous adept experience in a similar role in the UAE.
• Excellent understanding of the technical requirements needed to deliver a successful event.
• Good understanding of events and event technology.
• Familiar with Event requirements in the UAE.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be fluent in English, Arabic is a bonus.
