Job Description:

We’re looking for a likeminded Freelance Product Designer to be part of a team in France which is designing a sustainability-driven neobank from scratch. This is a long term opportunity and we are looking for someone who can join immediately.

What you will do:

• Be a strong creative voice: scope, plan, execute and lead challenging and exciting product-design projects
• Collaborate closely with the client, colleagues and partners to ensure all digital solutions are conceptualised and delivered with top quality
• Own your project team’s growth: mentor, teach and critique the work of fellow designers
• Solve complex problems and design and prototype systems/interfaces across mobile, desktop, web, embedded devices, and more
• Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and thinking within the product design discipline… and share your knowledge with colleagues and clients
• Create elegant wireframes, storyboards, user flows, design prototypes, and UI specifications that not only impress and inform but are also scalable
• Share knowledge on design methods, tools, and trends with the rest of your colleagues

We would like you to be:

• An experienced freelance professional across UX design, including design research, information architecture, usability, and interaction design
• A strategic thinker who’s creatively-driven and obsessed with technology
• Someone with extensive experience in creating and delivering best-in-class customer experiences
• Confident working in multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and technologists and comfortable navigating agile production environments
• Fully aware of the design possibilities within web technologies and mobile platforms, and excited about new possibilities in emerging technologies
• A strategic problem solver with a curious mindset and the creative drive to bring ideas to life
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude who fundamentally believes that we’re better together
• Fluent in English and French – other languages are a bonus!
