Clear Channel UK is a leading media company that specializes in outdoor advertising. We have a diverse team of over 650 people working in 14 different locations across the country. Our team creates and delivers memorable advertising campaigns that make a lasting impact.

We are currently seeking a Senior Producer to join our award-winning Create team in Soho, London. This team is composed of Producers, Project Managers, Technicians, and Account Managers who bring creative ideas to life through innovative and engaging out of home advertising.

About the role

As a Senior Producer, your main responsibility will be to work with agencies and clients to transform creative ideas into reality. You will receive briefs and develop creative concepts that can be executed across our advertising sites. From pitching ideas to managing the production process, you will oversee every aspect of the creative journey. You will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure that client and audience expectations are met.

What you’ll be doing

Creative development and management

• Generate ideas and respond to briefs
• Create user journeys to engage and interact with audiences
• Prepare proposals, including budgets, for new projects
• Manage all aspects of production, from brief to completion, for various projects
• Keep project documentation up to date and ensure alignment with objectives and expectations
• Maintain profitability across projects
• Proactive stakeholder engagement
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, internally and externally
• Collaborate with Project Managers to select the appropriate production partners
• Work with our Agency Sales teams to engage clients
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to create promotional assets and enter awards

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in pitching and delivering creative solutions
• Knowledge of managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle
• Familiarity with production processes and managing creative service suppliers
• Confidence in delivering proposals and presentations using tools and technology
• Ability to influence others at all levels, both internally and externally
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Problem-solving abilities and a focus on process improvement
• Desirable: experience with delivering out of home creative solutions
