Job Description:

We are hiring a videographer with experience in events and nightlife, that has experience interacting with crowds. Payment is $350 for the whole project.

About the Company:

Hello! Social Scene (BeSocialScene.com) is hosting our “2023 Dallas Halloween Bar Crawl” on Saturday, “October 28th” and would love to hire a passionate, engaged, and creative Videographer to capture some videos focused on the excitement during the event.

Shift Timing:

The shift would be from 9:30 PM-1:30 AM

Availability:

Please let us know if you are available. Must send examples of video content and past work. We would need an mp4 sharable link within 48 hours of the event.

Materials needed:

• (1) 30 SECOND VIDEO + (1) 2 MINUTE VIDEO
• BRAND TESTIMONIAL (UP TO 2)
• ATTENDEES PROVIDING TESTIMONIALS ON EXPERIENCE! (UP TO 4)
• VENUE MANAGEMENT TESTIMONIAL (1)
• Please have a flash for lighting

Things to capture:

• Venue Shots
• Outside filler footage, buildings, trains, cars, skyline
• Participating Venues
• Dancing Shots
• Smiling & Laughing Faces
• Drinking & Cheers Shots
• DJ & Entertainment
• Premium & VIP Food Bites
• Check-In Process
• If able, take some fun group cheers & group photos as a still image

Video Requirements:

We would like 1 video no longer than 2 mins - and 1 video 30 seconds long, please. We will provide past examples of videos we have for reference. Note: There is no need for a title slide or logo for the video, and any text must align with our branding. We need subtitles added to the testimonial portion of the videos.

Payment:

We pay half upfront on event date. The last payment is sent when the videos are shared. We pay via Venmo or ACH (Bank Transfer).
