The role:

You’re obsessed with music and Tiktok. You know the latest music trends and what the internet is talking about and keep our channels in action with your talkativeness, charisma and content ideas. When we spot a trend - you know how to hop onto it and adapt it from a music and brand angle. You know how TikTok works and especially what not to do. You love the meme culture and know how to talk on the platform. When it comes to videos, you can develop a vision for social assets that get to the point quickly, while being funny and relatable.

Your responsibilities:

• Community management & editing
• Trendspotting
• Constant and confident creation of small social media content pieces
• Executing productions and helping with concepting them
• Consulting on the creative vision and Strategy - (optional) Music production skills

Your profile:

• Living in Spain + native Speaker and speak fluent english
• 3+ years of experience in community management and content creation (on large… brand accounts)
• A deep understanding of pop culture & entertainment brands
• You have a flair for appropriate content - (optional) Experience with Paid Media on TikTok
• Extremely strong affinity for pop culture and music
• You proactively find what you need internally and externally
• You are responsible, keep the overview in every situation and organize yourself
