Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced freelance Video Producer to oversee the production of our e-commerce, brand content, and short video projects. You will work closely with our in-house lead producer(s) to manage various projects effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring the creative vision aligns with client objectives.
• Negotiate vendor rates for essential production elements, such as crew, equipment, and location rentals.
• Create detailed shoot estimates and invoices, utilizing Salesforce for project management.
• Act as the key point person for clients during on-set production, addressing any concerns or requirements.
• Manage and reconcile all shoot-related billing and expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.

Qualifications And Skills

• A college degree in film production or a related field is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in video shoot production, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in negotiation and budget management, capable of effectively managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently, even under pressure.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Salesforce (CRM), Google Sheets, Airtable, and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience in luxury fashion, beauty, and hospitality industries is preferred.

Hours

Freelance, TBD

Initially in-office for training and familiarization with our processes

Over time, remote work may be an option

Office hours are 9AM-6PM

Day Rate

Compensation Will Be Commensurate With Your Experience.
