Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Digital Producer at 4Studio, you will play a crucial role in executing briefs from Social Strategists and responding to branded content requests from the Commercial Team. Your primary responsibilities include curating compelling moments from Channel 4, Channel4 Streaming, and E4 programming for promotion on social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating various forms of content, including Snap Shows, TikTok edits, memes, and more. Key responsibilities also include:

• Generating ideas and content for organic social views.

• Staying updated on social media developments and their implications for the brand.

• Delivering content to meet pre-agreed objectives, following ideas from concept to delivery.

• Adhering to broadcast regulations and legal compliance.

• Producing content for diverse audiences and promoting diversity.

• Managing the demands of key stakeholders, staying cool under pressure.

• Monitoring and analyzing content performance to inform future work.

Requirements:

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Knowledge of online marketing and content creation.

• Experience in social or digital production within a digital media company.

• Proven ability to generate ideas that lead to millions of organic social views.

• Experience in creating content to meet commercial briefs.

• Social media expertise with an understanding of engaging content.

• Strong experience in producing creative projects.

• Stay updated on creative and digital/social media trends.

• Thorough understanding of processes, workflows, and tools.

• Familiarity with post-production processes and asset delivery.

• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Monday or Trello).
