Position: Junior Producer

Location: Based in the heart of Shoreditch We are an award-winning digital content agency and media network currently seeking a Junior Producer to join our Sport Team. The successful candidate will lead the TikTok channels of the Emirates FA Cup and Women’s FA Cup on a six-month fixed-term contract starting from December 2023 until May 2024.

The responsibilities of the Junior Producer include:

• Planning, producing, and creating TikTok-specific content
• Utilizing existing archive content and shooting new talent-led features
• Content ideation, pre-production planning, stakeholder management, and community engagement

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of TikTok and its algorithm to maximize the success of content. Additionally, a strong knowledge of Men’s and Women’s football across all levels in England is required. Familiarity with youth and lifestyle cultural trends and adjacent verticals to football is also advantageous.

Requirements:

• Experience in growing audiences on TikTok
• Occasional attendance at the client’s offices at Wembley Stadium
• Occasional weekend and out-of-hours work
• Travel within the UK for original content production

How you’ll spend your time:

• Helping to plan, develop, and execute video content
• Being aware of TikTok trends and implementing them in a footballing context
• Editing platform-specific content using Adobe Premiere
• Liaising with the client on strategy and plans
• Working alongside the wider Emirates FA Cup and Women’s FA Cup social media teams
• Publication of content
• Community management, responding to comments and engaging with the audience
• Developing and maintaining brand tone of voice through the content
• Monitoring performance of content using platform analytics

What you need to succeed:

• Understanding of best practices on TikTok
• Strong camera operation skills using a variety of kit
• Genuine passion for English football
• Ability to ideate talent-led original content opportunities
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop
• Understanding of youth and lifestyle cultural trends and community sub-groups
• Knowledge and passion for building and managing communities in the digital space
• Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks
• Excellent written English language skills with strong attention to detail and factual accuracy
