ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senior Producer to provide their services on a freelance basis for an upcoming project for a major brand. The freelancer will be required at the end of October 2023. The candidate must have a proven track record of shoots. This will be a client facing contract and… the right candidate will be passionate about producing content and have extensive experience working across live action, animation, graphics and all post production elements.

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• An in-depth knowledge of all equipment required for shoots and be able to make recommendations on all kit and camera equipment, to ensure accuracy of production as well as staying on budget.
• Working with the Creative Director, the Senior Producer will be creatively focused and confident in contributing creative ideas. It is imperative to be able to understand, and conceptualise, ideas to be able to execute delivery to a very high standard.
• Experience of dealing with Clients, Media Agencies and Production teams.
• Experience dealing with external suppliers such as casting agencies, music licence companies, and media buyers is required, and the ability to negotiate costs accordingly.
• A solid understanding of legal regulations and restrictions for Commercial content and Sponsorship. Knowledge of Clearcast and Ofcom guidelines is essential.
• The ability to work collaboratively with various creative departments within the internal PPC delivery teams, to deliver the campaign on time, to budget, and on brief.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years’ experience working as an A/V Producer either within an Agency or Broadcaster.
• A thorough understanding of the production process, legal regulations etc as well as a high level of technical shoot knowledge including an extensive understanding of all required equipment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Capable of hands-on problem-solving, working closely with peers to generate effective ideas and solutions to challenging client problems.
• A ‘self-starter’ – able to use own initiative and be capable of working independently.
• Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks and pay close attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge – Footage: (SD/HD/frame rates/aspect ratios/texted & textless/digital delivery specifications/integration of motion GFX). Audio: (Stereo/5.1/splits/stems/frame rates/R128/broadcast mutes).
• A positive attitude to dealing with people of all levels of seniority within the business.
