About us

We create branded podcasts to engage and entertain our clients’ audience. We’re an audio first company and such quality audio is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeing more requests for video podcasts each month and are as a result in a period of expansion in that area. We’re looking for a highly skilled, and experienced audio and video editor to help us meet our clients’ needs.

Job Role

We have many different styles of podcasts, you may be asked to edit shows ranging from simple interview style, through to highly produced narrative storytelling shows. Most of the work is editing 1-1 conversations. Depending on your skill set there may be some sound design work involved as well. All work will be done remotely.

About you

• Have a proven track record of delivering high quality audio and video edits, to a deadline.
• Be proficient in an industry standard DAW, preferably Adobe Audition for audio and DaVinci for Video.
• Have your own equipment.
• Have worked in podcasting or radio for at least 2 years.
• Have a good working knowledge of the podcasting landscape.
• Proficient in the art of mixing.

Desired (but non-essential)

• Experience in narrative/storytelling production.
• Script writing.
• A degree in media, English, or something similar.
• Knowledge and experience of mixing episodes to industry standards.
• Project management experience.
• Audio engineer experience for in-person and/or remote recordings.
