Job Description:

Are you a talented and experienced Technical Writer ready to join a new Solutions team in an exciting, award-winning company? If you have a passion for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, this role is perfect for you. Join us in our mission to provide top-notch documentation that empowers our users and contributes to the success of our product for a 6-month contract with possibilities for extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce High-Quality Documentation: Create online and offline documentation that sets the standard for clarity and usability. Your work will directly impact how our users engage with our product.
• Audience Adaptation: Tailor content to different audiences, whether they are non-technical users, marketers, or technical experts such as iOS, Android, and web developers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions, Product, and Engineering, to deeply understand our product and its documentation needs.
• Content Optimization: Maximize efficiency by reusing and repurposing existing content when appropriate, ensuring our documentation remains up-to-date and relevant.
• Information Architecture: Take ownership of maintaining the organization and structure of our documentation sites, making revisions as necessary to enhance user navigation.
• Content Strategy: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive content strategy for all public-facing documentation.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in writing technical implementation documentation
• Experience writing documentation for cloud-based solutions
• Experience working within the financial services industry

Bonus Skills:

• Experience writing documentation for:
• AWS Architecture
• Mobile Development
• Front End Development
