Qualifications:

• We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who possesses experience in the creative, entertainment, and/or fashion sectors.

• A degree in Photography, Graphic Design, specialized education in digital photographic imaging principles and techniques, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a high-volume retouching studio or photo studio.
• Proficiency in fashion, editorial, and still-life retouching and post-production.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Capture One.
• Strong and refined retouching skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• An ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
• Proficiency in multitasking, meeting deadlines, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• The Photo Retoucher is responsible for performing detailed retouching, color correction, and delivering image files for the Trendsi brand.
• These images will be utilized across various platforms, including campaign advertisements, website promotions, eCommerce, and social media.
• Maintaining digital asset organization, including consistent file naming conventions, various size outputs, metadata, and tags.
• Conducting retouching for editorial, eCommerce, product photography, and still life images, including masking, compositing, shadow creation, cleaning, cloning, and cropping.
• Executing brand retouching guidelines for all imagery, leveraging knowledge from previous projects to minimize retouching review cycles.
• Ensuring color consistency between image assets through color correction.
• Quality assurance for color execution in brand product photography.
• Collaborating closely with the Photographer and Stylist.
• Applying critical thinking to troubleshoot and adapt to changing workflows.
• Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects.
• Maintaining image archives and digital asset organization following established procedures.
