ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is a well-established media agency who are a strong advocate for digital storytelling and experiential marketing. As a Junior Web Designer, you will create strategy-led, high-quality digital design and UX for clients from the fashion, lifestyle, and gaming industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the web design and building of fully-functional custom websites for clients, offering continuous technical support.
• Collaborate with the SEO team on implementing new technical practices for websites.
• Work closely with the agency’s UX team to build innovative user experiences, utilizing a wide range of programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Node JS).
• Always keeping up to date with new tech and UX trends.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years’ experience in a web design/UX developer role (portfolio with demonstrable experience is necessary)
• Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• Excellent skills in HTML and CSS as well as LAMP Stacks, Node Projects (Next JS, Svelte, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of SEO and web development principles and practices
