Our Opportunity:

Monkey Films is seeking a talented, passionate, and proactive Post-Production Producer to join our in-house video production studio located in Sunrise, FL. We need a person with really good skills editing with Adobe Creative Cloud, meaning perfect knowledge in Premiere Pro, good level in After Effects (masks, camera animation in 3D spaces. More it’s better). You will vet timelines and manage resources during the intake process and collaborate closely with the Post-Production Coordinators once projects have been kicked off. You’ll be relied upon to provide creative solutions to complicated problems and ensure that Post-Production consistently delivers content that exceeds strict quality standards on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with Directors and Producers. Internal and external Creative Art Directors to fully understand creative direction on projects and work to ensure that the creative is being faithfully executed
• Evaluate and present solutions to technical and logistical challenges on projects as needed
• Utilize an advanced understanding of all stages of Post-Production (including but not limited to: Editorial, Audio, Color, and Graphics) to support in all stages of projects
• Advise on changes and updates to Post-Production processes and workflows as needs are identified
• Prepare for creative direction developments when asked, and pivot as appropriate in response to direction

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ Years of experience in a Post-Production capacity
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition and Photoshop or Illustrator when you need to add graphics to our projects
• Active listener with a strong ability to think critically
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Available to work on weekends and evenings when needed
