Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Video Production Manager to join our team and lead the establishment of our in-house video production studio. As the Video Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Studio Setup:

• Take the lead in setting up our in-house video production studio, including the design and layout, equipment selection, and studio management.

Equipment Procurement:

• Identify, purchase, and maintain video production equipment, ensuring that it meets the highest quality standards.

Talent Sourcing:

• Collaborate with our team to identify and secure actors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for video content, working with agents and other industry professionals as necessary.

Video Production:

• Oversee video shoots, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. You may also take a hands-on role in shooting and directing as needed.

Video Editing:

• Possess the ability to edit video content to a professional standard, ensuring that the final product meets our quality and branding standards.
