Hybrid Schedule: T, W TH on site M, F Remote

Pay range: $22 to $26 per hour without any benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking a Graphic Designer proficient in web graphics and digital ad creation to engage customers with powerful, visual communications. They will work closely with the CPG Design team to create visual and digital assets for a client’s consumer brand, Crucial and in some cases client’s B2B product assets. Working with team members across the globe including content, video, web design, product marketing, channel marketing and digital marketing teams to support graphic requests and current asset updates.

Responsibilities:

• Website graphics, wireframe layouts and web graphic resizing
• Digital ad creation and design
• Create graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements primarily for online with some offline use
• Flyer updates and creation
• Follow the brand guidelines and style guides to ensure a cohesive visual identity
• Collaborate with the content and development teams to understand the project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
• Work with design team and creative team to ensure creative meets brand standards and strategy
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files
• High level design sense (i.e., color theory, typography, composition)
• Applying knowledge of Brand Voice and Audience (i.e., look, tone, and feel)
• A brand ambassador with a clear understanding of the role of style guides and consistent branding
• Can work quickly to get creative completed against tight deadlines
• Detail oriented and self-starter, works independently to manage and complete multiple projects and consistently meets deadlines
• Work with a manager and project manager to own assignments and prioritize multiple deadlines

Skillset:

• 3+ years of professional experience and an extensive portfolio across all mediums
• Maintain elevated level of proficiency in Adobe’s suite of design software
• Worked with ASANA or similar management tools preferred
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 software including ppt layout/design
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Worked within design for a technology company or manufacturer a plus
• Able to integrate brand standards, campaign concepts into future design assets

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours:

40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
