Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and informative real estate content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube and Team Web page
- Collaborate with Kathy and her team to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
- Shoot and edit videos to post on social media channels
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and help grow social media following.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate and content creation and digital marketing.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a content writer or similar role.
- Strong writing and video editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience in shooting video property tours and other videos to post on social media.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
