About us

We are a forward thinking, fast paced events company that specialises in producing sustainable events throughout the UK. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager or Assistant to join our growing events team. The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Create targeted ads using Meta ads manager
• Daily check in on ads to compile and track info, turning off the ads that don’t work and focusing on upping the spend on the ads that do
• Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms, including weekly content and adverts on Tiktok and Pinterest
• Develop content strategies to attract and engage target audience
• Managing google ad words for larger events, tracking the ad words to ensure ads are running correctly
• Create content and graphics to be used for promotions which are on brand

We are looking for someone who already has the relevant social media skills, who can work well from home and manage their time well. Ideally, you would live in or near Leeds or be able to travel to our Leeds events. We need a good communicator, someone who loves social media and already has solid knowledge of writing great content, creating graphics, and placing the perfect adverts. We will need you to be present at our Leeds events to take photos and use our social media accounts (TikTok/Instagram/Facebook) to post reels and videos/photos throughout the day. We love to see people who can use their flair and creativity to create engaging content, or who are confident enough to go live during the day interviewing customers and showing their finds! A passion for sustainability, vintage clothing, furniture, and homewares is essential. The perfect candidate will be able to work to set targets but have the autonomy to know when the targets can be pushed to provide greater returns. Hours are 16-20 per week which can either be spread out over 5 days or you can do less days and more hours, as long as posts are scheduled and the work is done. You will be required to have a weekly zoom meeting with our director to update on your progress and present your plans for the following week.
