Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience
• College Degree
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to meet Target brand expectations
• Industry, style, and graphic trend knowledge including systems technology
• Understand storyboards and script content and deliverables
• Strong Interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to establish professional working relationships at all levels
• Flexible and open to change
• Ability to represent work at visual reviews
• Action and speed-oriented
• Ability to communicate clear direction to internal and external resources to execute design details
• Effective presentation skills to present to leadership preferred
• PowerPoint (functionality), Word, Outlook
• MAC computer programs such as: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, InDesign, Smoke, Keynote
