What Will You Be Doing?

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, The Creative Designer will strategically develop and manage all creative activities to build the Novatti brand while driving successful campaigns and initiatives. You will be responsible for all design elements from helping to build a brand strategy and styleguide to various activities like website design content, digital ad banners, Social Media imagery, paid social and display as well as involvement in events from booth design to collateral development. More importantly, in this role you will:

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and broader stakeholders to develop Novatti’s visual identity including the development and consistent implementation of a brand strategy and styleguide.
• Push our creative boundaries We don’t want to play it safe. You’ll continuously evolve and refine our brand. You’ll encourage and facilitate ways for the team to explore new styles, techniques and mediums in line with the organisational and business goals for the Novatti brand and individual product brands within budget, on time and in line with other KPIs.
• Be handson with ownership of the creative design process to build an asset library and deliver visual initiatives including templates, sales resources, web design, images and illustrations, art direction, animation, video editing and copywriting.
• Create consistent, impactful and engaging designs that communicate our brand story and messaging.
• Deliver digital and printready designs for use on the website, Social Media, events, and digital initiatives.
• You have a degree, preferably in marketing, communications and/or graphic design and experience working in a similar creative role with B2B experience.
• You have a strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts with an intimate understanding of design, copy and digital best practices and guidelines.
• You have expertise in the creative process from concept development to execution and are able to positively respond to constructive feedback on design output.
• You are experienced in creative software and tools including Photoshop, InDesign etc.
• You are motivated by a fastpaced environment where you will have to constantly adapt with a cando attitude no two days are the same, seriously.
