About the opportunity

This is a contract position that will become part of a cross-functional customer experience team working alongside designers, developers, business analysts, project managers, and analytics experts. Things we’re looking for:

About You

• Solid folio of work demonstrating previous content/copy work
• Preference for automotive experience and/ or a passion for cars
• Communicate creative ideas and approaches to an array of different disciplines
• Be a team player: We work with multiple disciplines within IE and with clients (Data, Development, UX/CX, and Marketing) and great teamwork skills are fundamental to how we deliver successful projects
• Work closely with UX and data analysts to implement improvements to drive rankings and increase organic search traffic
• Support digital optimisation plans and deliver on website content roadmaps and sprints including site enhancements, content development, information architecture, and digital branding
• Write original copy, proofread and edit website content for different purposes and audiences
• Experience in using a range of different CMSs (Wordpress, Sitecore, Squarespace, AEM) to publish new content and design eyecatching webpages to maximize engagement is beneficial
• An understanding of Digital Marketing campaigns
