Join our dynamic client as an Associate Digital Media Manager, where youâll play a pivotal role in steering the online activation strategies for one of the largest FCMG companies in the world! Be the architect of success for market-leading brands and immerse yourself in the exhilarating world of in-house digital marketing and media strategies.
As a key player, you will:
- Collaborate with in-market campaign managers and media teams to craft compelling digital plans that drive unparalleled success.
- Take charge of campaign activation with our agency partner, ensuring adherence to in-platform and global best practices.
- Own the in-flight campaign management, tirelessly optimizing and perpetually seeking opportunities for enhanced performance.
- Cultivate expertise in programmatic and emerging social trends⊠becoming a true subject matter expert.
- Assist the data and analytics team by providing performance insights and analysis.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the campaign manager and analyst across social channels for smooth cross-channel planning and activation.
About You:
Weâre seeking an ambitious, proactive, and inquisitive individual with at least 3 years of digital and/or programmatic experience. You thrive in organization, interpret data with ease, and can work independently or collaboratively within a team that values a strong work ethos.
Excel skills are your second nature, and youâre comfortable navigating through extensive datasets. Experience with paid social/programmatic media marketing and campaign management (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, DV360, Google Ads, etc.). Digital roles working alongside Account Executives, Account Managers, or Programmatic Traders.
Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers. You can analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, crucial for building and nurturing stakeholder and supplier relationships. Outstanding organizational skills to manage campaign volumes efficiently.
